Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption.

2. Data collection when visiting our website

If you use our website for information purposes only, we collect only the data your browser transmits to our hosting provider's server (server log files): website visited, date and time of access, amount of data sent, source/referrer, browser used, operating system used and the IP address. Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the stability and security of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources.

3. Cookies

This website does not use any analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. No cookies requiring consent are set.

4. Contact

If you contact us by form, e-mail or phone, the data you provide (e.g. company, e-mail address, content of the message) is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your inquiry and for the associated technical administration (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Your data will be deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Online catalogue (Heyzine)

We use the Heyzine service for the page-flip catalogue. The catalogue is only loaded after you actively click "Show catalogue" (2-click solution). Only then is a connection to the provider's servers established, which for technical reasons transmits your IP address. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); without the click, no data is transferred to the provider.

6. Rights of the data subject

Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Storage period

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and – where applicable – additionally by the respective statutory retention period. Once the purpose no longer applies or the period expires, the data is routinely deleted.
